Welcome to 2410 Academy (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and in-person services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Use of Our Services

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services.
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent to your participation in any in-person training, lessons, or events at 2410 Academy.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel bookings for violations of these Terms.

Account Registration

To schedule lessons, purchase packages, or use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as needed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Scheduling, Payments, and Cancellations

All lesson bookings and payments are processed securely through Stripe, Square, and Acuity Scheduling.

a. Payments:
Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

b. Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made [insert timeframe, e.g., “at least 24 hours before your scheduled session”] to receive a refund or reschedule. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be charged in full.

c. Refunds:
Refunds are granted only in accordance with our cancellation policy or in our sole discretion.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

By participating in any baseball or softball activities at 2410 Academy, you acknowledge that such activities involve inherent physical risks, including injury.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree that 2410 Academy, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur.

Parents or guardians must sign a waiver of liability before any minor may participate in lessons or activities.

Video, Media, and Performance Data

As part of our training, we may record video or capture swing analysis data for coaching purposes.
By using our Services, you grant 2410 Academy permission to:

• Record, analyze, and store performance data for training and coaching purposes.

• Use photos or videos of athletes for marketing or social media, only with prior written consent.

Facility Rules and Conduct

All participants and visitors must follow facility rules and staff instructions. Disrespectful, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the facility or termination of membership without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, app, and facility materials — including text, logos, images, and videos — is the property of 2410 Academy and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2410 Academy is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or data loss.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2410 Academy, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and app, with the effective date revised accordingly. Continued use of our Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law
